1.Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of fullstridegrowth.com and any other website or landing page we operate that links to these Terms (the "Site"), operated by Bridgex LLC, doing business as Fullstride ("Fullstride," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2.The Site is informational; services are governed separately

The Site describes Fullstride’s services and allows prospective clients to contact us. These Terms govern use of the Site only. Fullstride’s services are provided exclusively under a separately executed Master Client Services Agreement and Order Form (or other written services agreement), and nothing on the Site - including service descriptions, pricing, examples, or figures - forms part of any services agreement, constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, or creates any client relationship. If there is any conflict between these Terms and an executed services agreement, the services agreement governs the services.

3.No professional advice; no guarantee of results

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Any figures, examples, projections, benchmarks, or descriptions of outcomes on the Site are illustrative only. Fullstride does not guarantee any number of leads, appointments, or meetings, any amount of revenue or pipeline, or any other commercial result, and nothing on the Site should be read as such a guarantee.

4.Intellectual property

The Site and its contents - including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade dress, page designs, and software - are owned by Fullstride or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Fullstride" and the associated logos are trademarks of Bridgex LLC, whether or not registered. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal business evaluation of our services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means, including for training machine learning models, without our prior written consent;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data;
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive; or
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in communications submitted through the Site.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6.Submissions

If you submit an inquiry, feedback, or other unsolicited material through the Site (other than personal information governed by our Privacy Policy), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with operating and improving our business, and you represent that you have the right to submit it. Do not submit confidential information through the Site; nothing submitted before an executed agreement creates a confidential relationship.

7.Third-party links and tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, or embed third-party tools such as scheduling or analytics services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and linking does not imply endorsement. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8.Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

9.Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FULLSTRIDE AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

10.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fullstride and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from and against claims, losses, and reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11.Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing in this Section affects the dispute resolution provisions of any executed services agreement, which govern disputes relating to the services.

12.Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction.
