How it works
How the engagement works, start to finish.
An operating method, not a mystery. Every engagement follows the same structure. You will know what happens in each stage, what we need from you, and what you should reasonably expect by when.
The stages of an engagement
The first conversation
A 30-minute call with a senior operator. We ask about your market, your sales motion, your deal economics and what you've tried. You ask us anything. If we don't think Fullstride is the right model for you, we say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
If there's a fit, we send a short written summary of what we discussed and a proposed scope. No pressure, no expiring offer.
Discovery
Structured working sessions with your leadership and, where relevant, your sales team. We cover:
- Ideal customer profile. Industries, company sizes, geographies, roles, and the signals that make an account worth pursuing.
- Commercial objectives. What a good quarter looks like in meetings, opportunities and pipeline.
- Current sales process. How deals move today, where they stall, who is involved.
- Messaging and offer positioning. Why customers actually buy from you, in the words they use.
- Definition of a qualified opportunity. Written down and agreed (Schedule A). This is the yardstick for the whole engagement.
- Systems and CRM. What you have, what needs configuring, what we'll report from.
- Excluded prospect list. Existing customers and live conversations we should not touch.
Output: an agreed commercial brief.
Assembly
- Target account list and verified decision-maker data
- Calling framework, email sequences and LinkedIn cadences, reviewed and approved by you
- Sending infrastructure configured to protect your primary domain
- Core collateral: capability statement or one-pager, and a landing page where the campaign needs one
- CRM configured for tracking and reporting
- Reporting template agreed
Nothing goes to market until you have seen and approved it.
Go-live
Outreach begins across the agreed channels. Early weeks are deliberately calibration: infrastructure warms up, message-to-market fit is tested, and volumes build. This is normal and we say so upfront rather than let it surprise you.
Rhythm
The department runs at cadence:
- Daily outreach and conversation activity
- Qualification against Schedule A
- Meetings booked, briefed and confirmed
- Follow-up on “not now” and post-meeting actions
- CRM kept accurate
- Marketing and creative support running alongside where scoped
- Weekly report and a standing review call
Improvement
Every month we step back: which segments are responding, which messages convert, where the pipeline is thickening and thinning, and what changes for the next month. The programme should be measurably better in month three than in month one.
Your side of it
What we need from you.
This works when your side is engaged. Concretely:
- A named decision-maker who can approve messaging and collateral within a few business days
- Access to CRM, calendar and the systems we'll operate in
- A closer who attends the meetings we book, and tells us what happened
- Honest feedback on lead quality, early and often
What to expect, and when
We don't publish guaranteed timelines.
We do not publish guaranteed timelines or results, because both depend on your market, your offer and your side's responsiveness. What we will say: onboarding usually completes inside three weeks; conversations start in the first weeks of outreach; meaningful pipeline is a three-month conversation, which is why the minimum engagement is three months.
Next step
Start with the conversation.
Thirty minutes with a senior operator. No pitch deck unless you ask for one, and no proposal until we both think there's a fit.
