1.Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Bridgex LLC, doing business as Fullstride ("Fullstride," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information. 2.Scope of this policy

This policy applies to:

  • Visitors to fullstridegrowth.com and any other website or landing page we operate that links to this policy (the "Site");
  • Prospective and current clients and their personnel who communicate with us; and
  • Business contacts whose professional information we collect, compile, or process - whether to market our own services or in the course of providing prospecting, list-building, outreach, and related services to our clients.

Where we process personal information solely on behalf of and at the direction of a client - for example, records in a client’s own CRM - we act as a service provider under the client’s instructions, and the client’s own privacy policy governs that processing. See Section 8.

3.Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact and business details you submit through Site forms, email, phone, or scheduling tools - such as your name, job title, company, business email, business phone, and the contents of your message;
  • Information you provide when entering into or performing a services agreement with us, including billing contact and payment-related details (payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processors, not stored by us); and
  • Records of our communications with you, including email correspondence and notes of calls and meetings.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage information when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and timestamps; and
  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 6.

Information from other sources

  • Professional contact information about business contacts - such as name, job title, employer, business email, business phone, and professional profile URL - obtained from licensed business data providers, publicly available professional sources, and business networks. We use this information to market our own services and, as part of the services we provide, to identify and research prospective customers for our clients.

4.How we use personal information

  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • To respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
  • To provide, administer, and invoice our services and manage client relationships;
  • To market our services to business contacts, including by email and telephone, in compliance with applicable law;
  • To perform prospecting, list-building, outreach, and related services for our clients, including identifying, researching, and contacting business contacts on a client’s behalf;
  • To analyze Site usage and the performance of our marketing;
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect our rights, security, and property; and
  • For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

5.How we share personal information

We share personal information in the following circumstances:

  • With our clients. Where we compile or process professional contact information about business contacts in the course of providing prospecting, list-building, or outreach services, we disclose that information to the client for whom the work is performed. If you are a business contact and wish to be excluded from our prospecting and outreach activities, see Section 11.
  • With service providers that perform functions on our behalf - such as CRM and marketing platforms, business data providers, website hosting and analytics, email and scheduling tools, and payment processors - under contracts that restrict their use of the information;
  • With professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, and insurers, where reasonably necessary;
  • For legal reasons, where disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or property; and
  • In a business transaction, such as a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to this policy.

Some state privacy laws define "sale" broadly enough to cover our disclosure of business contact information to clients as described above. To the extent that disclosure is a "sale" under applicable law, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at michael@fullstridegrowth.com or through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on the Site. We honor opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, where required by law. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6.Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. We use analytics provider(s) to collect usage statistics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

The Site uses advertising technologies provided by Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads that collect information about your visit in order to show you our advertising on other sites and services. This may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws. You may opt out through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on the Site or by contacting us at michael@fullstridegrowth.com, and we honor opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, where required by law.

7.Marketing communications

Commercial emails we send include an unsubscribe mechanism, and we honor opt-out requests within the period required by law. You may also opt out of marketing at any time by contacting us at michael@fullstridegrowth.com. We maintain internal suppression lists to give effect to opt-out requests. If we call you for marketing purposes, we comply with applicable telemarketing and do-not-call laws, and you may ask us not to call again.

8.Information we process for clients

In delivering outbound, marketing, CRM, and related services, we process personal information - typically the professional contact information of business contacts - on behalf of and at the direction of our clients. For information a client directs us to process, the client determines the purposes of processing, and we act as a service provider or processor under our written agreements with that client. We do not use client-directed personal information to market our own services, and we retain it only as needed to perform the services and as our client agreements require.

Consistent with those agreements, we may use and disclose performance, benchmarking, and operational data in aggregated and de-identified form that does not identify any client or any individual, including to improve our services.

Individuals seeking to exercise privacy rights over information processed on a client’s behalf should contact that client; if we receive such a request directly, we will forward it to the relevant client where we are able to identify them, and will assist our clients in responding as required by law.

9.Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining business records, complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the context in which it was collected.

10.Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to its nature. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.Your privacy rights and choices

Removal from our outreach and prospecting database

If we have contacted you, or you believe we hold your professional contact information for prospecting or outreach purposes - whether on our own behalf or a client’s - you may request removal at any time by contacting michael@fullstridegrowth.com or replying to any message we send. We will suppress your details from future outreach conducted by us. Suppression applies to outreach we conduct; it does not remove information already delivered to a client, which is governed by that client’s privacy policy.

State privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, which may include the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of certain processing, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. Whether a given state law applies to Fullstride depends on statutory thresholds; regardless, we will consider and respond in good faith to any request submitted as described below.

To submit a request, contact us at michael@fullstridegrowth.com with your name, state of residence, the nature of your request, and enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will review the appeal.

For information we process on behalf of a client (Section 8), your request should be directed to that client.

12.Children

The Site and our services are directed to businesses and business professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13.Third-party sites

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

14.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes will be indicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
